The installer for MedicalStudio can be downloaded here (last compiled 23^rd of January 2009).

 Note: don't forget to uninstall any previous version before installing a new one.

MedicalStudio Debian/Ubuntu repository has been updated !

Packages has been built for all MedicalStudio libraries and dependancies if not available from official distribution's repository.

Which distributions are supported in the repository ?

- Ubuntu : Gutsy, Hardy, Intrepid

(Debian Etch, Debian Lenny and Ubuntu Jaunty will be supported in future release)

How to install / update MedicalStudio ?

1) You should add this source to your /etc/apt/sources.list : 

­

> deb http://www.MedicalStudio.org/  $DIST main      #Replace $DIST with your distribution's name

2) You should add the .gpg key to your trusted apt sources :

­> wget http://www.MedicalStudio.org/medicalstudio.org.gpg -O - | sudo apt-key add -

­

3) Remove any previous version of MedicalStudio, InsightToolkit or libgtkglextmm (if packages from MedicalStudio.org repository)

>sudo apt-get remove libinsighttoolkit3 libmedicalstudio-kernel0 libgtkglextmm-1.2

>sudo apt-get remove libvtk5-pkgconfig libdcmtk1-pkgconfig libinsighttoolkit3-pkgconfig

4) Install MedicalStudio

> sudo apt-get update

> sudo apt-get install medicalstudio

5) Run MedicalStudio

> MedicalStudio

Binary version

Binary versions are packages easily installable of the last released version of MedicalStudio. They include all necessary files for running MedicalStudio.

People that only want to use the application should download one of the files in this section.

Packages are available for each supported platform : Windows, Ubuntu Linux (686 & AMD64).

Development files

This section contains all files needed to develop new components on each supported platform.
