The installer for MedicalStudio can be downloaded here (last compiled 23rd of January 2009).
Note: don't forget to uninstall any previous version before installing a new one.

MedicalStudio Debian/Ubuntu repository has been updated !
Packages has been built for all MedicalStudio libraries and dependancies if not available from official distribution's repository.
Which distributions are supported in the repository ?
- Ubuntu : Gutsy, Hardy, Intrepid
(Debian Etch, Debian Lenny and Ubuntu Jaunty will be supported in future release)
How to install / update MedicalStudio ?
1) You should add this source to your /etc/apt/sources.list :
> deb http://www.MedicalStudio.org/ $DIST main #Replace $DIST with your distribution's name
2) You should add the .gpg key to your trusted apt sources :
> wget http://www.MedicalStudio.org/medicalstudio.org.gpg -O - | sudo apt-key add -
3) Remove any previous version of MedicalStudio, InsightToolkit or libgtkglextmm (if packages from MedicalStudio.org repository)
>sudo apt-get remove libinsighttoolkit3 libmedicalstudio-kernel0 libgtkglextmm-1.2
>sudo apt-get remove libvtk5-pkgconfig libdcmtk1-pkgconfig libinsighttoolkit3-pkgconfig
4) Install MedicalStudio
> sudo apt-get update
> sudo apt-get install medicalstudio
5) Run MedicalStudio
> MedicalStudio
